Do you need some dieting inspiration? You are going to see me go from fat and ugly to trim, fit and sexy as inn as little as 90 days. I’m going to post a video every Saturday to track my weight loss progress. I am on the Atkins diet and eating basically no carbs, it sucks! I lost 50 lbs in 3 months doing this same diet back in 1998. I started this diet on July 17th of 2008 and this video was filmed on July 19th. Good luck to me! Leave me a comment if you want.
