I have lost 5 lbs in less than 1 week on phase 1 so far!!! woohoo. Also I bought some recommended books that I will be talking about.

    I lost 5lbs in the first week too! Doesn’t that feel great. What kind of things have you been eating? I would eat eggs for breakfast a salad for lunch and a turkey burger with veggies for dinner.
