Also, u will need a balance of mixed carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fat (e.g. omega 3 from fish) to keep your metablism high for fat loss.

    He is talking about …
He is talking about calories intake. You can eat 500 calories of fat, but if u burn off 600 calories, you lost 100 calories. Simple as that. You can eat all the low fat stuff, they still contain calories, but if you eat too much, u will become fat. And please show some respect to Steve, he is not fat, he is muscular.

This guy is 100% wrong and absolutely ridiculous. Fat is Fat. Lower Fat = Lower calories.

Why would you listen to him. He is suggesting that you eat fat if you want to lose weight. Plus he is a fat himself. So why would you listen.

If you want to lose weight. Eat Low Fat and Fat Free foods and you will.

Telling someone to eat fat when they want to lose weight is ridiculous.

    I agree with this …
I agree with this video, the French eat full fat milk and cheese as well as pate and have nothing like the problems America has with obesity. They don’t have your enormous portion sizes at restaurants though.

  14. woow14610 Says:

well I do agree but …
well I do agree but low fat or No fat food does have less calories than regular foods of the same kind. So this makes the ability to eat same portion with less calories. Also by making sure you include low calorie food (natural) you can increase the portion size. I thought one way of body burning calories is by digesting food. pls give your inputs

    The point is I …
The point is I answered his question about calories and losing weight. He did not ask a question about essential fats. You can have the healthiest diet in the world and it can make you fat. You can have the poorest diet in the world and you can lose weight. In the end it’s still calories in and calories out.

  21. jrc64 Says:

    I was referring to …
I was referring to your response to your original response to stanmarsh010. I’m very aware fat has 9 calories per gram (that’s why it is your bodies preferred fuel choice). Bottom line is, just becasue something has less fat doesn’t make it more healthier. That’s my point. By the way, huge difference between good and bad fats besides the calories count. They really don’t belong grouped together.

  22. BodyPerformanceTV Says:

    I’m not condemning …
I’m not condemning fats in the video. I’m talking about losing weight. As a personal train you should know that all fats, good or bad, still have 9 calories per gram. Eat enough avocados and flax seed oil and they will make you fat.

  23. jrc64 Says:

    I’m a CPT with an …
I’m a CPT with an extensive nutritional background. Let’s say I have a sandwich with turkey drizzled with avacado oil & flax oil and topped with avacado slices. You have sandwich with turkey, a slice of American cheese and mayo. According to your statement, your sandwich would be healthier since it has less fat. Not so. My sandwich is packed with essential healthy fats that help my body, while your sandwich is full of processed harmful fats. Don’t condem all fats. It’s poor advice.
