spartan 6888082 … spartan 6888082 then how do you explain the fact that people can eat an unlimited amount of calories from protein and fat and still lose weight as long as they severely restrict carbs? some people are extremely sensitive to the insulin releasing effects of carbs, you may be lucky enough not to have that problem.
You are all wrong … You are all wrong and all right… We are different… Some can be healthy with a high carb diet and others with low carb diet…
We don’t have the same body (hormonal) type…
Sorry, went from … Sorry, went from 225, to 195 and stay the same no matter how much or how little I work out. More muscle mass now than I had at 225. Agree about low calorie, but I’m living proof of low carb.
if you go to 30 … if you go to 30 carb a day you will loose muscle i go 1.4 grams of carb per kilo of bodyweight to strip of fat and build muscle according to me im a endo mesomorph
Yeah, but you miss … Yeah, but you miss out on important nutrients from fruits and vegetables. My diet is 60% carbs and I have a six pack and 7% body fat. Its not carbs, fat or protein that make you gain weight. Its excessive consumption of all three. Calories make you fat not carbs. Just eat well and workout.
On the low carb … On the low carb diet. you still get carbs, lots of protein, and lots of fiber. no sugar, no caffeine, sounds healthy to me. and i’ve lost 20 pounds, my husband lost 70. after you lose the weight, you can add more carbs. but you add good carbs. like wheat bread. the things you should eat in the first place.
u are sooo wrong, … u are sooo wrong, my muscles have never been bigger or toner since I have been on the low carb life style, all you eat is protien and veggies how dare you claim you lose muscle…not very smart are u?

Q. What food group makes our pancreas secrete Insulin?
A. Carbohydrates and only carbohydrates.
Eat more Carboyhdrates and you will get fatter. Its that simple. I have been low carbing 18 months after the ridiculous low fat high carb diet failed time and time again for me. Why only during the last 30 yrs do we have an obesity epidemic?? Low fat is easy for the food corporations – not us.
I’ve been on low … I’ve been on low carbs since feb. 08 and all is good. All my test results are excellent and this “way of life is easy”. My husband chlorestal levels went down 40. Not every diet is for everyone.
Since you’re young … Since you’re young and still growing let’s not decrease your eating. Lets just have you eat less junk food. Less sweetened drinks, snacks, cakes, cookies, no fast food. Things like that. Very simple. Then 20-30 mintues of walking or jogging every day will burn additional calories helping you to lose weight. Just be patient. It takes a little time but it will happen.
Don’t diet lad,just … Don’t diet lad,just carry on exercising like mad,eat a healthily and hold back the junk food.
Do a lot of bodyweight exercises ,nothing more.
