It really bothers me as well that people are giving you a hard time with what diet you have chosen….its your choice and opinion…i think you are doing great chickie! I agree with you as well I am doing the low carb diet as well and “IT ALSO WORKS BEST FOR ME TOO” …also everyone has a different body! I agree not everything is gonna work the same. But we are not cutting carbs here just watching the intake and eating proper carbs COME ONE NOW PPL geeeeez !

sorry I have had a TON of this flack as well, but it is normally from people that do not post videos, and they don’t disclose their weekly weights EITHER.. Great video and i <3 greggers too
uuuhg…I hate it when people feel the need to play nutritionists in this community. We each have to figure out the best way for living a healthy lifestyle in our OWN way. I don’t get why people can’t just be supportive instead of acting as if they are qualified to tell YOU what is best for YOU.

you NEED HEALTHY …
you NEED HEALTHY Carbs not the bad carbs. Low carb does not mean NO carbs…you only gain it back if you do not stick to a HEALTHY lifestyle….if you are DIETING you prob. will gain it back, but if you are making a lifestyle change…then you will keep it off….We all have to find what works for us, and be supportive of those that are doing things differently than us.

It really angers me …
It really angers me that people bug you about it. Im not on a low carb diet but i still watch you and think your inspiring. If we wernt all different this community would really be boring.
Ignore these pepole, peope are allowed to give there concerns and ask you questions abot your diet, but its so unfair to just pass judgemnet and give critisism that isnt constructive.
If you feel healthy and energised then thats all that matter.
Afterall cavemen didnt have carbs did they?
