Just gonna throw this in there cos my sister is vegetarian, has been for years, she started low carb, just didnt do the induction stage, kept the carb level, practically low and it works, might be a bit slower but….
First comment was eaten by the system, so here it goes again.
Excellent starting out video and grocery hints for those just stocking up on their new LC lifestyle. Keep making the videos because I personally (and I am sure others) want to see success story develop in them. I also want to be able to point to another expert when I get those vegetarian questions.
Hi Tony I appreciate all that you are sharing, this is so informative to me. I have been low-carbing(along with my regular exercise) for about 4 weeks now and I am ready this weekend to start induction. I cannot do the cauliflower nope, will just give up tators all together…….lol
Bowuf and Jimmy are my mentors and now you….you have another follower…
I will continue to enjoy my carnivorous style…but respect your choice of being a vegetarian
I look forward to following your journey.
Very interesting video.
Low Carb dieting is intersting.
I have thought about trying this type of diet myself. Good food for thought.
Thanks Tony.
Take care and be safe now.
