http://LivinLaVidaLowCarb.com/blog blogger Jimmy Moore and his wife Christine wanted to share just a few of the REAL FOODS you should be eating and enjoying as part of your low-carb lifestyle in the latest installment of their popular “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb on YouTube” series.
In Episode 75, Jimmy and Christine show you how to enhance the quality of your low-carb menus by including fresh locally-grown produce as well as locally-raised Vitamin D-rich eggs from a farmer’s market http://www.localharvest.org , some local omega-3 fatty acid-filled grass-fed beef http://www.eatwild.org , and local raw milk that has not been homogenized or pasteurized http://www.realmilk.org . Most of what you get from your local grocery store or supermarket is mass produced, highly manufactured, from cooped up animals, and grain-fed. EWWWW! Yes, these higher quality foods may be a little more costly now, but the dividends to your health make them so worth it! And YOUR HEALTH is worth the added expense, right?

Yes, please keep on staying the way you are. It´s great! There is no reason why nutritional education shouldn´t be fun. Life should be fun, because it is meant to be that way. You can do a wonderful job with great joy. That´s the way every job could be done – with proud and joy.

Yes, and grass-fed Beef is a way in the right direction. Let the Beef have a good life before it
is our beef on the plate.
Let us grow grass instead of grain for animals to feed.

Yay for real fresh …
Yay for real fresh food. I am at a point in my life where I can’t stand canned, packaged, or fake food. I am often late for work because I have to eat breakfast, and it has to be freshly made.

Your support of …
Your support of good food is great. I wonder what society would be today without grain – healthier animals, healthier men. Did anybody ever imagine in detail, what world would be like if we would all eat meat, eggs and fish and use sustainable energy from sun, water and wind?
How would a low-carb-world solve our problems? I think, there is a way! I think it is not necessary to feed lousy grain to poor people. If some researchers did figure it out, I would like to hear about it, Jimmy.

Will do! Sean Croxton (from Underground Wellness) stays pretty cutting-edge on this stuff, so I’ll ask him more about it, too.

Thanks for the …
Thanks for the constructive criticism. But we get everything in we want to talk about and have some fun in the process. If you take away the fun stuff just to try to make it “more concise,” then it’s no longer Jimmy and Christine Moore. For more structured low-carb YouTube videos, you might try the ones by bowulf or even listen to my podcast show at thelivinlowcarbshow dote come slash shownotes. THANK YOU again for your feedback! That’s the first we’ve heard of that since we started.

Yeah, I’ll do some more research on it, but I was planning on blogging or doing a podcast about it. Maybe a YouTube video would fit better. Can you e-mail me the information you have about it and I’ll try to put something together when I get back from my trip next week? THANKS!
