    no you can’ eat all the vegetables and meat you want, all the fat you want. it’s not portion control at all. That bimbo sidelined his entire speech. It’s what you eat. There’s no requirement for grains at all in human diets. 70% of the people can’t even process wheat. Does anyone point that out? No they keep talking about 12 grain wheat bread.

    Lost 35 lbs fairly quickly eating this way, regulated my thyroid, and have great cholesterol! This stuff really, really works!

    eating plenty of protein, fat, veg & fruit!
