Ok I currently weight around 199lbs and I'd like to lose weight,I go to curves three days a week and I eat healthy. But I'm not losing any weight! Am I doing something wrong?

    The best way to lose weight is to continue eating healthy and focus on things like walking, running, cardio work and turning the weight that you do have into a firm sheet of muscle. SELF magazine always has great tips for the newest ways to lose weight. Oh, and another thing, cut out all caffeinated products like soda, coffee, tea and things of the like. One glass of red wine a day is healthy for your heart and drinking about 8-10 16 oz. glasses of water a day will help you slim down quick!
