    Green tea is good for this. Also, they do make weigh loss teas… But really, I think you want something that’s going to have a lot of antioxidants and maybe have a detox factor to it, but most teas/herbals will probably work just fine.

    These are a suggestion of diets from a variety of places. The one diet you are referencing mentions is the Gi Hip and Thigh Diet created by British diet guru Rosemary Conley. The other diets mention limiting caloric intake to 1800. These are just a variety of diets that are out there – find the ones that work for you. Just note, that 1200 is definitely recommended for a minimum caloric intake. If you intake less than that your metabolism slows and will increase fat.
