Great workout..would consider myself reasonably fit but OMG this made me pant! Off to the shower now..will defo try fit this workout in a few days a week. Thanks!
im 15 and i want to lose weight so i started running and i plan on running three to four times a week! i also dance and figure skating so im good with a lot of cardio and i also use my wii fit!
