To those who have actually tried a diet/energy/appetite suppressant product: Which ones have worked for you and how?
Please don’t answer unless you’ve actually tried something.
I was on Adipex(appetite suppressant) It worked really well, I sometimes would forget to eat I was just NOT hungry. The only side effect was that I was really jittery, and if your don’t drink a lot of water you get dry mouth, and heart palipitations. Other than that, I lost almost 15lbs in one month, and I have managed to keep it off.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

Hoodia Dex-L10 works great at supressing your appetite. I have been using it for a week. you have to give it time to work, dont just use it a few days and decide it does not work right. I also get the drink hoodia mixes. I dont think they use pure african hoodia in them but they contain lots of vitamins and help keep you fuller till your next meal. I would suggest hoodia if you are trying to help fight cravings. It works for me and it is all natural. Just make sure you read labels and be sure to get pure hoodia with at least 500MGs
best of luck to you and hope it works out
