OK? alot of folks have been askn what i eat, and i found that to be verey weird, only becaus i keep making the same mistake that every body eats like this! and they dont! come to find out ive been eating well sence i was a kid! i dont feel the need for “goodies” and all that sweet ! il;l wait till im in my late 60s to start all that silly ! also i eat baked beans real good protien, i also eat a lot of tuna! and dont eat ANY white foodsexcetp for egg whites! so any bage, or whit food …

yes hard work can do lots for you, but what im trying to say is for some it comes much easier. your diet is an addition to your hard work. lots of people don’t have a complete look on what they should eat and a lot of people dig a hole for themselves where it’s hard to emerge from.

all joking aside that is a solid diet. You incorporate good fats, good fatty meats, lean meats, and good carbs into your diet. I’m surprised you didn’t mention oats but it doesn’t really matter. I think it helps anyone when they are strict but not strict enough to where they won’t enjoy themselves, which you def. do. Good for you

u dont need supplements to get in shape but it helps make consuming things like protien vitamins etc easier and faster though out the day. even more so right after working out

Mayo isn’t good at all – if you’re going to use some use the Fat Free (Helmann’s green package, not blue or light blue) – it’s still full of sugar, but much better.
I use a lil olive oil (good fats) and mustard and mix it in.
Or you can add some break crumbs to that lil mix I told you and make some tuna burgers. TTHEYRE GOOD!!

well actually its not bad to have alcohol you just cant have too much of. A glass of wine, alcoholic beverage, or beer (either 4 or 8 ounce glass, not sure) a day is actually great for ur health. Google it. Wine is especially good for you!
