Loose 15 pounds in 1 month, without a diet plan that costs money.
It is possible, however, it's going to require that you have a high iron intake, as well as low fat with low calories, and if you are taking in high carbs, you need to be working out a lot. Drink plenty of water, and probably eat more vegetables than anything else. Oatmeal and lots of fibrous foods are very good for losing weight. Make sure you do lots of cardio, maybe a half hour per day.

Don't try to do this. This is very dangerous. The doctors says that 3-4 kgs in a month is good target to achieve beyond this this becomes dangerous. With the help of Yoga you can loose this much weight in a month and will not Regain even if you do not control your diet absolutely.

yes you can but you need to do lots of exercise (cardio 3-4 times a week depending on how busy you are) and eat a balanced diet (cut down on junk food!) 80%-90% of diets dont work and people gain back the weight they lost during the diet.

i have lost about ten in a month before so i say its possible, first eliminate any junk food such as sodas and fried food from your diet and drink water instead, next workout try running or walking and a few situps…all that stuff is free and without junk food or sodas you will probably save money. and remember if you do something for 26 days straight it'll become a habit

Dear Rock,
You don't need to spend money to lose weight. The diet industry would love you to do that of course. The best way and of course the dullest way is to cut the carbs. I have a doctor who told me, "you'll hate Atkins–it works!" He is right. You would need to check with your own doctor and instead of spending money on the book or whatever, use the Internet or the library for the information you need to get started.
Losing 15 pounds in a month is a lot of weight to get rid of but since you do not mention your weight right now, it is hard to know if it is doable. Generally, the more you are over your ideal weight, the faster the weight will come off. Also, to be honest but certainly not the way I would recommend or anyone who wants to keep you healthy and safe, water plays a good part in your quest for weight loss. Dehydration is dangerous so don't stop taking in fluids. Besides, all the weight will come back and more besides. For a permanent solution and a happier you, watch what you eat, don't eat from stress or just because "it's there". Regular times for meals, actually writing down what you eat (or drink), and of course, moderate exercise, if you are able, like walking. Have a dog? Give them a chance to get rid of the excess and see a greater portion of the world than the back yard. You will have a great companion and a super grateful pooch.
Best to you, Rock.
Mike

I think this is very do-able, but only if it is your first month of 'loosing weight', not a plateu of a previous plan. I would suggest to not eat out AT ALL: too many preservatives, buy your food fresh, lots of vegetables and white meat/protein. I allow for one treat a day such as half an ice cream bar or a 100cal pack of cookies so that your body doesn't go in starvation mode or think it's being deprived of anything. This one has helped me alot: drink one big glass of water before every meal! Do NOT skip breakfast, have a really big one actually, smallest meal should be dinner. Not much excercising is needed really if you follow this, but the more you do, the faster it will go. Good luck!

All it takes to lose weight is a combination of cutting back your calories (dont eat less that 1200 a day though), and adding in exercise as many days as possible. Its really a simple mathematic equation…are you eating fewer calories than you are using? If so, your body will burn fat for energy. (But if you eat TOO FEW calories, they will ALL get stored as fat, so thats why its important to eat at least 1200 a day).

i would have to say no cause its not healthy…. something healthy would be like 2 pounds a week and that would equal to around 8 pounds in a month! if u add that up that equals to 16 pounds in 2 months!!!
