    thats like a thousand dollars worth of supplements right there, are you rich or what?! and you say your going to eat 10 000 calories a day PLUS weight gain? your an idiot.. your body would break down a 26 a day easier then all those supplements
    do you even know what all of those supplements do??

    your taking allot of supplements that you are already getting, your body can only consume so much of macro and micro nutrients, but you seem to know what your doing! you got a solid build and i hope you make some massive gains!

    Do you have a mental illness? Sounds like it. You have no idea what you are doing. Your liver will not cope with all the supplements.

    dude you have been had by all the magazines telling you you need all these supplements. you want to be big? throw away all your protein powder and other crap and eat whole food 5-8 times a day. eat big high protein, high carb, high fat meals. oh and workout using compound movements. dont be spending 40 minutes in the gym doin flyes and dumbell curls. bench, squat, deadlift, military press. thats it! your skinny will actually see a result then.

    Lol at the fruit and veg suppliments. I take the exact same weight gainer lol. All i take is a multi vitamin, weight gainer and eat lots good food, And of course work my off at gym.
