i dont want to eat meat anymore or strachy foods. are there any websites that would provide me with meal plans or anyone have suggestions? thanks

Perhaps you might want to investigate the Atkins diet which is a high animal protein diet. Starchy carbohydrates (bread, cereals, pasta, rice and nuts) are not permitted but non-starchy carbohydrates (most fruit and most vegetables) are permitted.
