In a fast food nation, eating healthy food becomes difficult to do. Yet a poor diet contributes to low energy, obesity, stress, health problems and high medical bills.

    6.drinks with excessive unnatural amounts of caffine in them
    7. juice tail or “punch”

    9. regular juice but in large quanties or servings
    10. cow milk

    You cant even compare fruit sugar to sugarcane- fruit sugar is low glycemic and the body can use it since the fruit is naturally and perfectly made for our consumption.

    But yeah, thats it, the only good things are water and fruit juice. Soda, milk, All diet drinks, gatorade, and sugar-added fruit drinks are bad for you.
