I feel more better when I drink diet coke. I drink the caffine free kind. I like it better but I will drink the caffine one if there isnt caffine free. I feel more full than I usually am by drinking diet pepsi. Could this make an effect on my weight?
no. studies show diet drinks actually make you hungrier. Plus, the safety of artifical sweetners are still in question.
Some people focus so hard on 'dropping pounds" that they forget the motivation is supposed to be health. the best thing to drink to loose wieght is water. Always has been.

Removing anything with sugar is good for losing weight. The caffeine levels in those drinks are pretty low, so don't worry about the consequences of it.
I need to clarify a bit.
Diet soda instead of regular in theory helps you lose weight, but as has already been said, it might make you want eat more.
The caffeine IS a stimulant that helps you lose weight, but I was talking about the other problems with caffeine.
Water doesn't burn fat. It's a myth. But it's a whole lot healthier than just about anything else!

Like they already said caffeine content is pretty low in soda, but caffeine is actually a stimulant that helps burn more calories.

Drinking drinks with less sugar is always good for your weight. Just switching from normal caffine drinks to caffine free drinks are good for you.
