How long does it take a colon cleanse to work and how often should I take it?

I took 4 capsules this a.m. of an organic colon cleanse. I'm trying to lose weight. How long before this stuff kicks in?

did you stop eating? Take a few a day and you will notice a difference within a day or so. ITs not going to make you have diahreah (SP) it will just aide to the health of your colon/
